Our microblading service uses ultra-fine, hair-like strokes to create natural-looking fullness, shape, and symmetry that seamlessly blend with your existing brows. Each treatment is customized to complement your unique features, skin tone, and personal style, delivering soft, realistic results that enhance your natural beauty. Wake up with effortlessly polished brows that look beautifully you. Pre-Appointment Instructions: 1. Please do not consume caffeine before your appointment. 2. Avoid alcohol and energy drinks before your procedure. Aftercare Instructions: 1. Use the aftercare cream we provide whenever the area feels dry or tight. 2. Do not take hot showers or let water directly touch the area for 3 days. 3. Do not pick or scratch the scabs; this may remove the pigment. 4. Avoid direct sunlight during healing. ***Touch-up appointment is required after 1 month.*** Microblading Healing Process: 1. During the first session, 40-50% of the pigment may fade naturally. 2. The touch-up session helps refresh and complete the final result.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy: Please contact us at (818) 318-1008 at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, we appreciate a quick call or text. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice may lose their appointment slot and be asked to reschedule. Staff Preference Policy: We are happy to accommodate requests for a preferred nail technician whenever possible. While we will always do our best to honor your preference, technician requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, scheduling, and operational needs. Satisfaction Policy: We want you to love your nails! If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out to us within 5 days of your appointment. We are happy to address any service-related issues and make reasonable corrections when needed. While we do not offer refunds, our goal is always to ensure every client leaves satisfied with their experience. Payment Policy: We accept most major credit and debit cards; however, American Express is not accepted. Please note that gratuities cannot be added to card transactions. Tips may be provided in cash, via Venmo, or via Zelle.
