Our Lip Blush treatment enhances your lips with a soft wash of pigment designed to improve tone, definition, and symmetry. Customized to complement your complexion and desired look, this semi-permanent treatment creates the appearance of healthier, fuller-looking lips while giving you a naturally radiant pout you'll love waking up to. Pre-Appointment Instructions: 1. Please do not consume caffeine before your appointment. 2. Avoid alcohol and energy drinks before your procedure. Aftercare Instructions: 1. Use the aftercare cream we provide whenever the area feels dry or tight. 2. Do not take hot showers or let water directly touch the area for 3 days. 3. Do not pick or scratch the scabs; this may remove the pigment. 4. Avoid direct sunlight during healing. ***Touch-up appointment is required after 1 month.***

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy: Please contact us at (818) 318-1008 at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, we appreciate a quick call or text. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice may lose their appointment slot and be asked to reschedule. Staff Preference Policy: We are happy to accommodate requests for a preferred nail technician whenever possible. While we will always do our best to honor your preference, technician requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, scheduling, and operational needs. Satisfaction Policy: We want you to love your nails! If you have any concerns about your service, please reach out to us within 5 days of your appointment. We are happy to address any service-related issues and make reasonable corrections when needed. While we do not offer refunds, our goal is always to ensure every client leaves satisfied with their experience. Payment Policy: We accept most major credit and debit cards; however, American Express is not accepted. Please note that gratuities cannot be added to card transactions. Tips may be provided in cash, via Venmo, or via Zelle.
